Description

Blast is a highly effective, heavy-duty drain cleaner that can be used for regular maintenance and to unclog drains. It contains a strong mixture of alkalis, which offer the best balance of effectiveness and safety, negating the smell and potential fire hazard associated with solvents and the storage, handling and risk to pipes presented by acid-based products. Blast reacts with fats and greases in a controlled manner, breaking them down into water-dispersible components. It does not damage pipe work and its viscous gel-like formula minimises the potential for splashes and spills.

Uses

• Can be used for unclogging drains and maintaining drains

Directions for Use

• Unclogging drains – let backed up water seep past the blockage before adding drain cleaner. If the drain is completely blocked, it may be necessary to pump out the water. Pour neat Blast down the drain and leave to work for as long as possible. Flush through with hot water
• Maintenance – to prevent blockages and keep drains odour-free, pour 100-200mls of Blast into system at the end of the day. Flush through with a little hot water

Always maintain a good standard of occupational hygiene when handling chemicals.
