Description

Non-Caustic Traffic Film Remover is capable of removing the toughest of oil, grease and fat stains, insect debris and other dirt from vehicles. Free from caustic soda, this product will not damage or taint the surface being cleaned and is also safe to use on the inside of vehicles used for carrying foodstuffs

Uses

Use a low dilution of product and start work on the furthermost inside point and work backwards towards the rear door. Use protective suit, gloves and full eye/face protection when working inside a vehicle body.

Directions for Use

It is usual to dilute NCTFR before filling the detergent tank.

• Light soil 1:8
• Medium soil 1:4
• Heavy soil 1:1

 

• Adjust detergent feed to achieve required result
• Apply the product at the bottom of the job and work upwards
• Do not try to cover too large an area at once
• Do not allow the product to dry on affected area
• Be particularly careful on hot sunny days
• Rinse off with high pressure water, again start at the bottom with horizontal sweeps and work upwards
• The safe to use properties of NCTFR make it suitable to use on the inside of vehicle bodies
