We strive to put our customers and their needs first. With this in mind, any complaint that we are aware of, regardless of its nature, will be dealt with the utmost care and attention. We aim to foster long-term relationships with all our customers as we recognise great customer service and repeat business as the bedrock to our service.

What is a complaint?

​A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction by an individual, whether justified or not. An individual may make a complaint if they feel Gems Hygiene has:

  • Failed to provide a service or an acceptable standard of service or made a mistake in the way the service was provided

  • Failed to act in a proper way

  • Provided an unfair service
